"Taizhan Terminal" LLC sells developer project – production site of 60 hectares (divisible site) for manufacture and stocks - cost 250 000 USD per one hectar.
The cost covers 2-line railway sidetrack, electric power of capacity 1 megawatt, technical specifications on 5 megawatt electric supply, water well as well as below mentioned documentation.
